What is the process?

  • Needs and start date agreed with Account Manager
  • Consultation with your Talent Acquisition Specialist to get a full understanding of the role
  • We post the job on eFinancialCareers, start sourcing candidates and create a shortlist after 48 hours
  • Client feedback to confirm the suitability of shortlist
  • From then on you will receive a weekly shortlist for 30 days
  • Follow-up and feedback session on the success and project outcome

How many resumes can I expect to receive in the shortlist?

The number of CVs sourced per role is dependent on each individual role.

We focus on the quality of the candidates that we are helping you to source, so there is no guarantee as to how many resumes we will send. However, we can guarantee the resumes of the candidates you receive will be highly relevant to your role.
